They came on time and performed the work I had asked for. My only problem was that they did not first give me an estimate of the cost. They said they would send an invoice, but to date I still do not know how much I will end up paying them.

Contacted me the same weekend I filled out the service magic request. Came the following weekend (my preference they could have come earlier) to replace the anti-siphon valve on sprinkler system. Tech was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Replaced valve, checked system, discovered another problem with system (valves would not turn on electrically) Trouble shot system, determined it was the controller wire to valves. Said he did not have equipment to fix, suggested they come back next week with correct tools and equipment to solve problem. All in all - professional, reasonable cost, timely and quick.
