Todd is easy to work with and very professional, get's right down to business and does an excellent job. Our only problem was getting our schedules to sync, and his frequent cancelling of appointments because of other commitments, both personal and work. Weather played havoc as well. He did discount the bill 10%, which we appreciated. We will give Todd an opportunity to bid on another project in the spring.
