Responsiveness was excellent; service requested was completed in a professional manner. The cost of repacing a sprinkler head was rediculous, but it was my fault. I asked this professional to do the job without asking for a quote prior to service agreement! Another provider had later given me a quote $55 less. Great customer service would have entailed offering me an hours worth of attention to my sprinkler system, since I was obviously charged for an hour of work. $85 service call, plus $65 to replace the head. Total time involved was less than 30 minutes.
