Mr. Haynes was very punctual for the scheduled estimate. He was very thorough in his walk-through, and unlike other "professionals" that came out to give estimates, he put everything back where it belonged. His estimate was considerably less than the others, so we decided to go with him. On the scheduled day of service, he was once again on time, and was finished within the time frame he quoted previously. Right afterward, I discovered a leak in the system and called Mr. Haynes, who promptly came back and repaired it. He is a true professional, and I would recommend him to anyone in need of service. Kudos!
