John and his team from Innovative Irrigation did a super job beginning to end. Not only were they one of the cheapest in the 6 estimates I received but also they offered a 5 star service that you would expect for paying the big bucks. 2 big things that really stood out for me were first off, I had my yard bid out in the middle of winter, and every time I called from the time I got my estimate to the time of install someone ALWAYS answered the phone, this was key for me to keep communication, and second, there warranty beats everyone else’s. Some of the other small things that made it a great experience were, there flexibility, friendly employee's, took the time to show me how everything operated, how to program and customize my timer/zones and adjust my sprinkler heads, to even cleaning up the yard when they were complete and when coming into my house even them removing there shoes is a good sign of customer service, I have had much work done to my home and whomever it maybe always tracks dirt into my home and that always gets under my skin when I have to clean a mess I paid someone to do. Bottom line is, I’m just like everyone else I always am looking for the best deal I can for the service provided, I spend hours researching reviews online and company profiles, take days out of my schedule to waste my time to get bids.. Save yourself the time and effort and make one call to these guys, they are great!

Not the lowest bid, but Jon was the most professional and conscientious owner to give me an estimate. The system was installed a little over a week after I called to hire Sunshine. The installation crew was efficient, professional, and didn’t destroy my lawn in the process. They did however leave several tree roots sticking up in my lawn (that I later had to cut out myself), and left behind a few pieces of trash (wire, electrical tape, etc.). Not a huge deal, but I would have preferred a better clean up job. I was gone when the installation crew finished, Jon called the next day to set up a time the following day to run through the system with me. Jon spent almost two hours “fine tuning” the system zone by zone (straightening and adjusting heads, switching sprayers for maximum coverage, he even moved one of the heads that his crew installed when he noticed that a very small section of my lawn no larger than a few square feet next to some landscaping was not being watered) and giving me a tutorial on how to operate the system for maximum efficiency in relation to time of year, type of soil, etc. Overall, I was pleased with Sunshine, and very pleased with the owner Jon. I would recommend Sunshine for anyone looking to install an irrigation system.
