Had issues with the sump pump water line was broken. The crew attempted to repair it but hooked it up to the wrong disposal line. I had to go back out and dig it all back up again disconnect the wrong line and connect to proper line. It would not have been bad had they not known that what they did was incorrect but I told them at the time it was the wrong line and they said that was my problem not theirs.. The winterization of the lines was perfect and the gentleman did an outstanding job. Yes, I would recommend your product but would not argue if a friend or neighbor went with someone else.

T L C they were pretty good, what i didnt like that i was told some things that did not happen.Like the job would only take 1 day and it took 2 and the submeter took almost 3 weeks,other than that they were pretty good.

Their service was outstanding. They took the time to explain how to use the new sprinkler system. The only issue I had was the plumber that was hired by TLC did not pull a permit for the installation which is required in Charles County. I received a bill from Charles County because there was work performed without a permit. After I spoke to the owner of TLC he took care of the issue and the bill was paid by the plumbing company and a permit was pulled.
