The owner, Linda was more than accomodating. I called at the last minute. My regular lawn care person quit without notice. I was having a party the following day, I called Linda and she was at my house within an hour to give me an estimate. Early that evening she had 2 of her employees at my house taking care of my lawn. They were 2 very polite, hard working young men. If there is anything the workers miss or something you want done differently they are more than willing to accomodate. I highly recommend them.
