Very nice people. Excellent work for the cost. Mike arrived early and worked 6 hours straight without a break. After he left we decided we need one more thing taken care of and he came right back the next morning with no complaints.

I have been contacted and have hired Michael Schell. Work will proceed on Wens the 24th of Jun. He was very friendly, took the time to give the property a thorough look and thought of things I didn't that were helpful to my property maintenance needs, was kind enough to offer his assistance to fix a piece of siding that had come loose at no extra charge. We spoke on the phone to finalize payment,as I am out of town and Mike is handling everything without my presence and will perform services on a continuing basis. We will meet when I return and discuss any future property mantenance needs.
