i needed irrigation system repair. i contacted 3 different professionals. alliance was the second to respond, they showed up on time. out of all 3, they had the best diagnostics, Marc Cote, the specialist, had no problems spending 45 min to diagnose the problems accurately. when we decided on the day he showed up in time was very courteous, efficient and pleasant. above that he took the time to explain my system to me, and explain all repairs done and why. at the end, the price was extremely fair, it was itemized by labour and materials, which makes it easy for me to know ehere the money went.
