Eric is a very nice guy and a pleasure to deal with. He mostly did what I wanted. He did a great job removing the brush and bushes near my driveway entrance and creating a mulched planting area.
I am not very happy that he left some land very uneven after he removed the tree trunks though. Also, he cleaned most of the places as promised except for some.
He did fertilize, aerate and over-seed (along with Grub Control) my lawn exactly as promised. I watered my lawn to the best of my abilities (along with natural rain). But the end result is not that great. I had the same result last summer without any treatment at all).
I re-seeded and re-fertilized my lawn again myself with better results (but not perfect yet). I do not know whether the lawn needed a different treatment than Eric recommended or it is the quality of the land where you cannot grow a great lawn.
I was never there when he was doing his work. Maybe that is why the work was not up to my perfect satisfaction. I would definitely recommend for people to hire him. I would personally hire him again if I can be with him when he is doing the work.
