I asked him to explain his expertise in HVAC and he expertly & professional gave me his technical resume and formal training at NE Fuel Institute for all his certifications. I had a timely need for a technician & he set an appt with me 2 days on a Saturday!, w/out overtime or travel charges ....which fit exactly into MY schedule, not his. One his 1st visit he diagnosed the problems-ordered the parts & fixed the furnace with 100% satisfaction. Honest, conscientious, & professional service.
