The representative that came out was very professional but "down to earth", he actually came out 3 times, at our request, and answered all of our questions and concerns. A large tree very close to our house needed to be taken down and we were assured the company would clean up everything and they did. We also had the stump ground up and as it so happened we had to go away and when we returned 2 days later the stump had been ground up - chips removed, an agreement we had made previously and top soil to the site - it didn't even look like anyone had done any work in the area....I would highly recommend this company and servicemagic.com
