Once the misunderstanding as to when they were supposed to get to my place was cleared up, they did a great job of winterizing my sprinkler system. They are going to send me reminders to turn on and then winterize my system next year.

When he was here on the actual day to complete the required work, he

He called me right after I expressed interest in his services. He also came to our house and gave us a free estimate for the job within a week. He followed through with everything we asked. The only negatives were that the project took a few hours longer than he expected and he left our yard a little messier than I had hoped. However, I would definitely use him again. I appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness with the job.
