While the contractor tried his best to complete the job before the weather got bad; he was unable to to so entirely. However, I trust and have confidence that he will complete the job, as promised and paid for, in the spring. That factor precludes me from giving him a VG rating at this time. However, I found him (and all of the recommended Servicemagic contractors) to be exceedingly knowledgable, resourceful, cooperative, and, most of all patient in providing details and estimates. My project was not simple (to me) by any means. I am satisfied now and have every expectation of being fully satisfied when the job is completed in the spring.

Outdoor services called immediately and came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Rather than regrading my lawn, they instead installed a drainage system for me to prevent standing water near my house. The owner seemed very knowldegeable and straightforward about my options. The workers were very pleasant, and the work was completed in a day. They had to come back and reseed my lawn, which they did a couple of weeks later.
