Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch in 20785
My deck was rebuilt beautifully. The builders did a wonderful job and cleaned up after they were done. The Deck looks great; however, there is a problem with my steps. I would have rated them five if not for this little problem. I've called several times and Allied has been responsive but the issue has not been resolved yet.

The workers were extremely professional and on task. So far I am quite pleased with the
results. However, there was a problem with the estimate that I was given in writing and the sales rep did not want to honor the original extimate that he had previously given me.

Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch in 21224
Paul the owner was extemely attentive and was always available to answer questions. The crew I had working on my deck was suberb and very professional. They worked extemely hard and went above and beyond. My only complaint would be the sales person (which is why I didn't give 5 stars). Some of things promised were never followed through on (minor details) and the lack of communication was terrible. All in all, though, it was a great experience and I love my new deck.
