MTD Construction
Grade or Reslope Grounds for Landscaping in 60002
MTD Construction came out to help me with some water drainage in my yard. They dug a long trench, laid PVC pipe down (quality vs. drain tile which can be more easily crushed or impeded by roots), dug a pit, filled in with pea gravel, relaid the grass sod back on top of the trench, and cleaned up nicely after themselves. They called me out to test their work and the grade of their trench by doing a water test. The design of the work, the work itself, and the care that was taken during and afterwards were all top notch!

Andy, did an excellent job on tuckpointing my fireplace. He inspected the entire fireplace and make some additional suggestions that worked out very well. He was prompt and finished the job within the time frame he had quoted. His pricing was very good and the quality of his work was excellent.
