We actually interviewed 6 contractor companies for this project. Zus was the first to respond to our queries, he was the first to show up and he was the first to provide us with not only his quote, but a list of references, photos of similar past projects, and his certificate of insurance without having to request any of it. He listened to what we needed and never tried to "upsell" us on something we didn't want as many other contractors did. He came in under budget and this was all prior to any work starting. The project was completed on time & is gorgeous! His crew was courteous and clean throughout the process. I HIGHLY recommend FL Lawns!
