We are overall pleased with the end result, but the getting there was not as smooth as we had anticipated. Contract included and spelled out everything we wanted and expected. It did take a couple of return visits by the workers to address our issue. However in this day of dwindling customer service we were very pleased that the salesperson and company owner were quick to return calls and address any issue, in a timely and moreover pleasant manner. For these reasons we would recommend Hemax Company. Good customer service practices. They honored their word and will also stand behind their work. We now have a nicely graded yard with new topsoil, compost and seed. Plus the new grass is already coming in nicely! I would also give Hemax an A+ on edging and mulching of the trees and our existing garden areas. We would use HEMAX again. Thank you ServiceMagic.

Astor Contractors was a great company to work with and I have already recommended them to my neighbor. Carlos and his crew were courteous, worked hard to get the job done in one day, and were extremely affordable. He is highly knowledgeable about landscaping and after we told him what we needed, he sent over sketch ideas and a quote so we could pick and choose what we wanted. We had them rototill the backyard, install drainage, sod and mulch beds. He helped to pick out the trees we wanted and found them through his suppliers. Thank you ServiceMagic and Astor!
