They used their own equipment & tools and own crews, no subcontractors which is a good thing. They were able to schedule and start the work the same week and complete in a timely manner. The only part of the job that wasn't perfect was the installation of the granite steps. The rock-face of the slabs should be facing out and the split-face should be the back-side that is not exposed. Only 1 out of 4 steps had the rock-face out. This caused a larger than expected gap between the top step and the pavers landing which they filled in with polymeric sand so it's ok but not perfect...

Kris and Bob made a master piece for a walkway and stairs using materials we have wanted to display for many years. They were prompt and extremeely curtious of my landscaped areas. Available to answer any questions or concerns regardless of time of day or night. They are both exceptionally creative and go way above and beyond our expectations so much that we would be honored to have them come back to do several other projects for us.
