They used their own equipment & tools and own crews, no subcontractors which is a good thing. They were able to schedule and start the work the same week and complete in a timely manner. The only part of the job that wasn't perfect was the installation of the granite steps. The rock-face of the slabs should be facing out and the split-face should be the back-side that is not exposed. Only 1 out of 4 steps had the rock-face out. This caused a larger than expected gap between the top step and the pavers landing which they filled in with polymeric sand so it's ok but not perfect...
