Eric is a nice guy to deal with. He didn't listen to what I wanted in several areas and therefore, didn't include all I wanted done in his estimate nor did he do all I asked. Sod on black top makes no sense. I asked that all bushes from my back yard be pulled up and disposed of, when I returned after he finished the last day, there was a large overgrown firebush still in the yard with sod cut around it making it the focal point in the back yard. Trunks and root pieces were under the sod he laid which made it very uneven, tough to walk on, tougher to mow. I watered the sod like he told me and two pieces died, they are totally surrounded by very green sod so I know it wasn't that I did something wrong. I would use him again but only if I was there to watch what he was doing. I did have a snafoo with my payment as I lost a charge card while in Arizona and they didn't honor the check I had written for him. He was nice about that, it was embarrassing for me, to say the least. Nice guy, I say again.

Eldo and his team were a pleasure to work with from the original consultation to end of the project. He had very good ideas and we are glad we took his advice. The work was professional, and the communication was great.
