Working with Gary was great, from the beginning of our project until the end. He was prompt and courteous, very accommodating. He returned my phone calls immediately and answered all questions. When he sat down with my husband and I to go over the estimate, he was very thorough and professional. His price was the best we had received, so we decided to go with R&D Professional Lawn Care for our backyard landscaping project (about 900sq feet of sod install and a 112sq ft paver patio).
The job started on a Monday morning. I spoke with Gary a few times throughout the day to answer some questions & to discuss some small issues that had come up which warranted some minor changes to our original plans. He made some great suggestions, and we trusted his recommendations, and were glad that we did, as we were very satisfied with the end result. Gary was not on-site for most of the actual work, so he left instructions with his 3 employees (none of which could communicate very well in English, but they worked hard & did a great job). This may have contributed to some minor confusion or miscommunication, but nothing that wasn’t resolved or addressed immediately by Gary when he stopped by. We were VERY pleased with the end result, our yard looks great, and we would definitely use R&D Professional Lawn Care again for future landscaping projects.
