He did a great job and everything was done as requested with some added touches. However he didn't complete the job in one week like he estimated and I expected; instead finished the job in two weeks. But overall he was a good person and was available to start immediately. The service was good, unfortunately, there were problems with our payment not being received. We mailed three separate checks as the bookkeeper became increasingly nasty. They weren't concerned about the stop check charges we were paying. If it wasn't for our experience with the bookkeeper I wouldn't hesitate to recomment this supplier. As it is, I would not recommend using their services.

Had a small backyard with overgrown grass, shrubs, small trees. James tore out the old landscaping and replaced with new sod. Timeliness, communication, and courteous by James were top-notch. Only complaint was that grass installed wasn't as high of a quality as I would've liked- it hasn't done well and has been replaced/augmented with sections of sod from Home Depot, which has done much better. Would certainly use James again and feel his overall service was outstanding.
