Stacy and her husband met with me accomodating my difficult schedule and carefully discussed my minor grading project. Stacy submitted a conforming proposal at a reasonable cost. She included an option for seeding the graded areas. I contracted R&S for the grading and seeding. There was a slight mismatch in communications. I find it much easier and clearer to communicate by e-mail, while Stacy's primary means is by phone -she did respond but with a lag of a day or two. However R&S executed well and on time. They even seeded some bare areas out of scope.
