It took Steve three trips to complete the survey and setting of the monuments ... we had unseasonably bad weather (snow blizzard) which was the reason, but it was his determination to do a professional job which required driving from Colorado Springs to my property in Grand Junction that sets him apart from the rest. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and personable surveyor that charges extremely reasonable rates.

Called me right away w/ my property map and gave me information that I could use to determine my area of responsibility. BSS e-mailed the information to me. When I asked them to come out to mark the property, BSS came out and gave me a more detailed map and found my property corners/markers. When the third marker could not be found, BSS let me know that a full survey was needed. Since the informaiton supplied by BSS was detailed and they explained the borders/corners, I did not need a full survey at the time. BSS gave me a discount on any future surveying that I might need for the property BSS was very friendly.
