Steve was great. He did two jobs for me, a boundary survey and an elevation certification. I ask a lot of detailed questions, and he was very willing to answer and discuss, even some things not directly related to these projects. He was extremely thorough, and went out of his way to make sure everything was done properly. There was some ambiguity with the elevation certificate since the FEMA flood boundary passes right through the attached garage, which has a floor-level opening into the crawlspace. Steve went as far as contacting FEMA directly to get clarification on the ambiguous rules. We were also in the process of moving, and he was willing to meet us at unusual places and times (hotel lobby in the evening, etc.) in order to fit our schedule. He was also very communicative of the status of things during the entire process.
