Called me within the hour on a Sunday afternoon, spoke at length on the phone, came to give us an estimate next day or two on replacing our fallen attic stairs and even temporarily fixed it for us -- without a promise of us hiring him. Within a couple of days he had a new staircase and came and installed it for us when he said he would. Also did a couple of minor repairs for us at a small charge. Price was reasonable and he was knowledgeable about the job. Nice trustworthy guy.

Repair Ceramic or Porcelain Tile in 07624

We needed a small tile repair in our kitchen and contacted Service Magic. They offered two companies in our area and after several conversations with Robert Miseta at Tier One, we decided to use that company. Mr. Miseta arrived on schedule, did an excellent job replacing broken floor tiles and repairing missing and damaged grout. He was careful and cleaned up all debris. We had agreed upon a price and were billed accordingly.
We would not hesitate to hire Tier One for any future work or recommend them to a friend.
