What a great experience. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. They were there when they said they'd be. It was done in two days, which is exactly the time he quoted me. His employees were clean, neat and polite. They cleaned up after themselves so well that I didn't have to do a thing. We love our new bathroom.

My wife and I were very pleased with the customer service and the professional installation service we received from Derek, John, Jim and Grant. Although working out of an office 100 miles away in Columbia, SC., we felt as if they were in the Sears store in North Charleston.
