They provided an accurate estimate of time required to complete our work and a fair price. He provided excellent hands on supervision to the work crew, and the work was completed ahead of time and done correctly. We were particularly pleased that he was willing and able to complete several small repair jobs on the same day, even though we had not discussed all of them with him in advance. He goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service and demonstrates flexibility and concern for the quality of his work. His crew was efficient and extremely polite.
