Mike did an outstanding job. However, the kitchen countertop sub-contractor was not good at all. The sub-contractor had to come in the third time to finally get it right. Also the flooring expert did the floor right but did it in such a way that the height of the kitchen cabinets were off in certain areas and had to be "jerry-rigged" by shimming certain spots to get the countertop to fit right at the same level throughout. The electrical, paint, and plumbing jobs were done very well.

While there was som delay in my preferred start date, once we did get started they were timely in getting the job completed. Project was a complete kitchen remodel. They were outstanding in their desire to please. High calibre people to work with, good communication, good organization of work and daily cleanups. Very helpful in design ending in spectacular results. I would highly recommend 800 New Look, LLC to anyone contemplating a kitchen remodel.
