He diagnosed the problem after some rather rigorous testing and fixed what turned out to be a minor issue right on the spot and then it was finished. The guy at Dylan Construction took charge of a difficult window repair situation and rather then just say, "I can't help you because these are old windows and I can't locate any ID #'s on them" like the other service providers, he went the extra mile to get the glass repaired from a glass shop and researched to find a part to fix another part of the window.
