Paul Tirabassi and his team from On The Level Contracting did a great job on the bathroom renovation project in Quincy for which they were hired. They arrived when they said they would every day and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. Their price was reasonable, good quality fixtures were installed, and they fulfilled the contract, as had been agreed. I added a few extras as the process went along and this also went very well. I would use them again myself, and would recommend this company to others.

Victor came out to assess project within 24 hr. He provided a detailed description of how he would fix the problem, he explained the relevant caveats and he gave an accurate estimated cost. He returned and completed the work in a timely manner (within 48 hr), using top materials and went extra mile to make sure he did quality work. Provided a full written warranty (2 yr labor, 30 yr materials) and left the site clean and clear of all materials/debris. He's not only an experienced contractor, but he's polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend him.
