The final job was good, not great. The biggest problem I have with them is that the guy that bids on the job, John, is a smooth talker who pitches a bunch of great ideas and you sign and feel excited about the whole deal. Then you find out he doesn't relay those ideas to the actual workers, and when YOU tell the workers the 'details' of what you had agreed on you find out that they weren't actually "spelled out" in the contract and they are now extra costs. But if you are wary of that, Anthony the owner is good about making sure you like the job. As long as I get every little detail written in the contract, I would use them again.

Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms in 11422

My project consisted of a total gut out and renovations of almost my whole home. The work done was exceptional. The contractor was very proficient in his trade and knew exactly what I wanted done. He was receptive to any and all ideas. He even gave his professinal opinion on work which might be done differently/ or better suited for me from what I wanted without being overbering or pushy. The final decisions were always mine. Would definitely recommend his services to all.
