Very prompt call back and immediately set an appointment. Sales guy was great.

Delivery of windows was quick. Downside was that I had a flight the evening of the installation date. I stressed several times that I had a cutoff time. Installer was 2.5 hours late and did not finish on time so I missed my flight. The woman who scheduled the install reassured me that they could finish the job on time but with hindsight I should have trusted my instincts to push the install out to the following week - she had never seen the job and had no idea of what kind of work was involved.

However this aside, I'm happy with the quality of the work.

Outstanding Project Manager who coordinated work with Home Owner's Association on some work they were responsible to complete.

Quality work that came in on time in within budget.

Provided two options along with pros and cons of each. Bid included detailed cost breakdown so there were no surprises. Subcontractor, Kevin Kelley, delivered quality work too.

Mr. Shermis is both professional and friendly. The entire process met and actually exceeded my expectations.
