They are not done yet. Our installer, was excellent. We have not heard from anyone in management. I think possibly, they should have contacted us. The installer is handling this very well, I feel as though they should be more responsible to their customers.

Contracts were submitted in a professional manner with all required date by the state. Worker was neat, polite and worked continuously until job completed. Did not waste time while on the job site. It was a very pleasant experience for us. Always answered phone calls promptly, (was accesible at all times)> I find this a very good trait. We are pleased with the results.
