My wife and I were absolutely delighted by the work performed by Mark and his team. Their attention to detail and the quality of their work was excellent. In early discussions Mark talked with pride about his work ethic which I wrote off as PR but the work ethic displayed by these guys was second to none. They showed up every morning on time, smiles on their faces, and got to work. Other project estimates were 6 -- 8 weeks. Mark said it would take 2, and it did. Mark also provided the least expensive quote and did not go over budget. I would not hesitate to recommend Kruegler to anyone and would use them for future projects in a hearbeat.

Overall, the kitchen remodeling job looks good. I believe Mark and his helper really tried to do a good job. They are pleasant young men.They basically did all they said they would do. However, they are not carpenters. The finishing work could have been better. The helper had never installed a wood floor before, and the trim and edgings are evidence of that. They installed cabinets first, making it difficult to do a clean paint job. They are fast but not necessarily careful. Cutting around light switches was sloppy. The crown molding was not applied as carefully as possible, and there are many nails left sticking out. Baseboards were finished with window trim wood. (One spot was missed completly.) With a few lessons from seasoned carpenters and a little more attention to detail, this company could be top notch. They haven't reached that point, yet. If you are looking for electricians who dabble in carpentry and you aren't too fussy, you have found your contractors. If you are looking for professional perfection, look elsewhere.
