Hire a Handyman in 34212

I had a list of small projects and had telephone interviews with several people. I hired Phil Cotter over the phone and met him for the first tmie when he arrived at our home. He proved to be exactly what I wanted. He had a large trailer which was more like a portable work shop. I had hired hiim by the hour and he was able to accomplish everything on our list, which included carpentary, electrical repairs and minor plumbing.

He was efficient, polite, did quality work and the price ended up exactly where he said it.

I will hire hiim again when the need arises and would encourge others to do so without reservation.
