I actually hired Integrity Installations for a bathroom repair job in an income property. Rich coordinated the entire job, which was quite extensive, in a timely manner. The workers were neat and the job area was clean at the end of every day. They also met their completion deadline.

Rich provided an estimate on the spot. we had a hole in our kitchen ceiling caused by a plumbing problem and it was the week before Christmas. He came on the date he promised and stayed until the work was completed. He did a great job and I would hire him again.

Rich was very helpful in explaining the repairs needed and he also showed a similar place that needed protection. The price was competitive - further, when we hired them, Ken and Rich also helped out with other minor repairs in the house. The only thing I would have liked is the option to buy materials such as the door. Overall, we were very happy with the service and in fact, we have already used them one more time.
