Install or Replace a Major Gas Appliance in 80138

I received a call the day before asking for a 9 AM start, not 8 AM. I had someone else at the house for the repair. They did not show until 10:00 AM. I had to have someone else come in because the first person had to leave before they were finished (just a few minutes, but they had someone picking them up who couldn't wait). They said that someone quit on them that morning, so I appreciate that the work was covered/done, but I think that rescheduling might have been an option they didn't try. Work was to repair the gas fireplace. I have not yet used it. Both women who were my "stand ins" commented on the courtesy and cleanliness.

Eric was extremely helpful with the design of a solution to my problem with an old cellar door. It is an exterior door that covers the steps to a cellar on a 100+ year old house. He came up with a plan that made the door lighter to lift open, a secure method for keeping it open, and still made it strong enough to support the weight of anyone who walked on it when it was closed. The end product was the finest looking and functioning cellar door I have ever seen.
