Someone answered the phone when I called (a real person!) and set up a time to evaluate the project. I had great communication with the handyman assigned (Matt). It was a tricky project, with a lot of unknowns. Someone else had already told me it couldn't be fixed. Whenever Matt ran into a dead end, he'd come up with another thing to try. He was able to fix the problem. Repair instead of replacement saved me at least $1500! I am really happy with the service.

Jack & his crew removed and replaced a small deck/porch for us. They also removed and replaced a crawl space door. We are very happy with the job that was performed. The follow up on a small detail after the job was paid for was attended to promptly and to our satisfaction. As with any construction company it is a good idea to be present when the job is started to make sure everyone is on the same page.
