Jim was detail oriented. He really listened to me and incorporated what I said into the scope of work for the insurance company with justifications for his assumptions which made discussions with the insurance company go smoothly. Jim's foreman, David, was a pleasure to work with. David was VERY polite and considerate. They were also some of the cleanest contractors I have ever worked with. Every day they would clean up their work space They taped off and put plastic up to limit the area the dust would impact. At the end of the job, they swept everything and even polished my furniture!!

The customer service was very good. The service person did an excellent job. It was clear he knew what he was doing. Their rates are pretty high but they did clearly explain what the labor rate would be and finished the job in the time estimated. I would suggest getting a quote on material fees. You will save a lot of money purchasing the materials yourself as the mark up is incredibly high. I would give 5 stars if it wan't so expensive.

Good work but two visits were required to replace rollers on a sliding patio door so I was charged two "first hour" rates for one job.
