We are excited about using Kip and Service Magic. Kip has been totally upfront on our project including having to schedule the job for the first of November because Kip is commited to outdoor projects while this weather continues Even though we have changed the paint color to a more difficult color (maroon), Kip has not flinched. He is also willing to install necessary handrails at the project with no screaming or hollering. The references Kip gave us were outstanding and we are willing to wait for Kip. His bid is about $100 more than the bid given us by another handyman but we aren't concerned about $100 with Kip's references.
