They came to give an estimate when they said they would. We worked together to get the job completed at a price I could afford. They came promptly, as scheduled, and completed the work on time. It was a pleasure meeting this wonderful group of people. They did a fantastic job with the painting, cleaning up after themselves, very professional. I have had a few complaints from my tenant who resides in the house being painted. An antique lampshade was torn, speaker wires were cut, and various items were broken or misplaced. As the owner, I was disappointed that the supervisor was not diligent in making sure each painter finished their assigned duties competently. Some window frames were not completely painted and the refrigerator was not pushed back in place which means the trim at the floor was not reattached or painted. The ceiling stains from previous water leaks were not covered as promised.
