The folks were kind and courteous but tried to cut a few corners on the job. The painters filed to prep the wall and when finished it wass clear that the wall had not been prepped. they did however come back out and complete the job.

Colossal was extremely higher than other estimates received. However, due to the holiday season other contractors were not available to complete the project as needed whereas Colossal was. If time was on my side (poor planning), I would have chosen a contractor not as expensive.

In Colossal's favor the project was completed as specified (on-time). When I contacted them with concerns they revisited my home; addressed and resolved the issues immediately.
