The job was not completed to my satisfaction. Initially, Bernie had told me that the drywall seam tape that was damaged in several areas of my ceiling and on one wall would be repaired. The painters told me that "they don't do that type of repair". All of the other painting contractors that I had considered stated that they would fix the seam problem as part of the contracted work. If I had known that CertaPro would not make the repairs, I would have awarded the work to another contractor who agreed to do the repairs as part of the overall painting contract.
The painters worked quickly. They were friendly and cleaned-up after themselves.

Papermasters did an outstanding job! We had originally planned on having just the house painted, but after we meet with Joe we found out that he also was a carpertener. My wife and I decided then to have him add some shadow boxes, chair rail and crown molding. We alos deicded to have Papermasters papere our powder room. I would highly recommended Joe and his team to anyone, it is like one stop shopping with Papermasters! We had several estimates from other companies, but Joe & Jenniffer's professionalism definately stood out from the rest.
