Overall, we are very happy with the painting job in our living room & hall. Ray gave us the lowest estimate & got the job done quickly. Although Ray came to set up, it was one of his crew members, Alex, who did almost the whole thing by himself (and our walls are over 18 feet high). My only negative comment is that I was told to buy 4 gallons for the job, then midway through was told to get 2 more so I had to leave him alone in the house while I went to the store (and he only used 2/3 of one of them - didn't even open the other). Overall though, Alex worked extremely hard, did a great job painting, and the final cost matched our low estimate.

The work was done professionally and in a timely manner considering the fact that it was done by one person. The contractor was also very courteous and respectful of us as clients. We decided on this contractor because unlike others who gave a fixed quote, he was willing to discuss options and open to price negotiations.
