Good. The girls did do some things that made no sense to me - like taking ALL of my supplies out of the big bathroom closet to wash the shelves and then putting them all on one shelf. I did not need the shelf cleaned nearly as much as other things and I had spent a lot of time putting everything (like makeup brushes) into organizers. They are efficient and the organization part is very helpful. If I hired them again I would give them a very specific list of what I wanted done.
