WOW! Richard Joseph was a gift! I've waited forever to have someone contact me in regards to hanging a fan. I signed on at 10am this morning to the Servicemagic site and within a minute my phone rang truly within a minute! Rich was the first electrician to call me and he was able to come over same day. He was on time, courteous, professional and identified the problem within 5 minutes (breaker needed to be replaced). He located the part needed and completed the fix all in less than an hour. He could have taken longer, charged more and made the problem seem bigger than it was. Do yourself a favor and use him for all your electrical needs. It is almost impossible tofind honest and responsible contractors, Rich is definitely one of the few.
