Mr. Cook was very professional. He took the appropriate time to discuss the electrical problems we were experiencing at our house and the concerns we had about changing out the entire electrical panel. Mr. Cook came to the house (when he said he would) to give us an estimate and then arrived with his appentice the next day (when he said he would) to accomplish an all-day job.
We are very satisfied. There weren't any surprises. I felt I was made aware of everything they needed to do and why they needed to do the things they did. The price was very reasonable for the quality and amount of work performed.
