He made an appt with me for 8:00AM the very next morning, and he arrived at 8:00AM sharp. He looked at the job and gave me a quote on the spot (priced lower than a competitor's quote.) We scheduled the job soon thereafter, and he came out with a partner to do the work. The job was done perfectly - exactly what I wanted, and he charged me exactly what he quoted.
